I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from the friendly and hospitable staff. They recommended some great places to visit in this city, and their English skills were impressive. The location by Truc Bac lake and close to some amazing restaurants was perfect. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, including the room with a huge window overlooking the lake. The shower with a rain head was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also had great transportation options and parking was available.

As this hotel is located in a calmer part of town, there may not be as much nightlife or hustle and bustle for those seeking a more lively experience. while the spa nearby was convenient, the prices were a bit steep.

The view from Room 501 was breathtaking, overlooking West Lake. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Susu, made our stay memorable.
